"Katie joined one of our club evenings in January and delivered a ‘Nutrition for Endurance Athletes’ presentation to over 60 of our members. She was a really engaging presenter, sharing with us the science of nutrition in a clear and understandable way, before offering practical advice, which she tailored to the specific training and racing needs of our runners.
